Move away from ArcGIS and start using GRASS GIS, particularly for batch processing larger datasets.

Process larger datasets in raster to preform spatial and statistical analysis efficiently.

Apply R packages (essentially SDM packages) at larger spatial scales and finer spatial resolutions (= lots of data) and run them faster and efficiently.

Use standard hardware to run demaning R scripts involving spatial data, pre-processing, models, their analysis and plotting the results.
